Italy is where WITHINO begins for a very simple reason: it’s where I’m from.
I was born in Italy and raised in Tuscany. These are the landscapes, rhythms, and traditions I grew up with: the food cooked at home, the way people gather around a table, the pace of daily life shaped by seasons rather than schedules.
We start in Tuscany because it’s home. It’s where my roots are, where my friendships and local connections live, and where I can offer the deepest, most genuine access to food traditions, landscapes, crafts, and everyday life that still feels real.
Italy, of course, is much larger than Tuscany. Each region carries its own identity, culture, and rhythm, from the islands of the south to the mountains of the north, from coastal villages to alpine valleys. Over time, WITHINO will grow into other parts of the country, following the same approach: slow, immersive experiences shaped by place, people, and real life.
